30-day return window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. This goes beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

How to return

1. Email contact@blueberrynz.shop with your order number.
2. Within one business day we'll send you a return label.
3. Repack the goods securely and attach the label.
4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Conditions

• Goods must be complete and in their original packaging.
• Labels and protective films should remain undamaged.
• Hygiene items and sealed products are excluded once the seal has been opened.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Returns within Germany are free. For returns from Austria and Switzerland we'll let you know the exact cost in advance by email.
