Statutory warranty

All goods are covered by the statutory warranty for defects. If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy — repair or replacement and, where the law allows, a price reduction or refund.

Manufacturer warranty

Where a product carries an additional manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer's terms apply. Any such warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Reporting a fault

If a product is defective, please contact contact@blueberrynz.shop. Describe the fault as precisely as possible and include your order number and, where possible, photos. We'll sort it out promptly.
